Dear nm-users, I have a single concentration of a parent drug and si=
ngle observation of 2 metabolites in plasma at steady. The drug is meta=
bolized to more than 6 metabolites. I want to know the role of a cova=
rite on metabolism. is there any thing i missed in my input file k=
a and Vd were fixed to a value. Vd of all metabolite were fixed to Vd of pa=
rent COMP=DEPOT COMP= PARENT COMP= MET_1 COMP= MET_2 $=
 PK KA= 2 FIX V2= 10 FIX TCL20=THETA(1) CL20=TCL20*EXP(=
ETA(1)     : for parent CL23=THETA(2) + THETA(4)*Cov CL20=
=TCLP*EXP(ETA(2) : for metab_1 TCL24=THETA(3) + THETA(5)*(THETA(4)=
*Cov) CL24=TCL24*EXP(ETA(3): for metab_2 CL30=THETA(6) CL40==
THETA(7) Also, based on only one observation, can i estimate apparent =
clearance of metabolites? is there any model simplification? many than=
