with Emphasis on PK/PD".

The Centre of Excellence in Applied and Industrial Mathematics (MITACS), =
in collaboration with GRUM (Groupe de Recherche Universitaire sur le =
Médicament) and the Faculty of Pharmacy (Université de Montréal, =
Jean-Coutu Bldg., Room S1-111), will organize this August 18 -22 2008, =
an International Summer School. This summer school provides an interface =
between physiological concepts, model-based approaches and data analysis =
in biopharmaceutical sciences. A special emphasis will be placed on =
applications to clinical drug trials and development through different =
phases. The course is a combination of theoretical lectures to provide =
background concepts and concrete applications using typical software. =
Very well experienced scientists, working in academia and industry, will =
deliver the lectures.
