I think you need to change your

R2=THETA(6)*EXP(ETA(6))

to

D2=THETA(6)*EXP(ETA(6))

in order estimated the duration of your zero order absorption.

So is it the proper way to code the data? How can I estimate combined

absorption model without using the differiential equation?
