Dear Users

I am new to NONMEM and have been reading the NONMEM manuals but am still
somewhat confused. Would appreciate any help.

I have concentration data following multiple dosing - so that patients =
are at
steady state.

My compartment model is 3 compartment (which includes the compartment =
into
which drug is administered).

A few questions:

My data table at present looks like - I have separated it out here to =
make it
easier to read (however it means that the columns are slightly out of
alignment)

Question 1: Do I need a column SS and if so what should I input for =
this?

I am using ADVAN6 TOL=3 and SS=6 in my subroutine.

Question 2: I suspect I should not use date and time - please advise.

Question 3: Am getting an error message which is telling me that I =
don't
have dose data and the run has stopped because of this.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Denny
