NM-TRAN's translation of DATE and TIME is a critical part of the system.
If you have found a problem then I encourage you to report the details
to nmconsult <nmconsult

In general I try to avoid using EVID=4 because it requires the
assumption of complete washout from previous doses. The convenience of
every dose starting at time zero may be offset by the inconvenience of
getting the wrong parameter estimates.
