ACoP 2009 details and important dates

Dear friends and colleagues,

The organizing committee of the 2009 American Conference on
Pharmacometrics is pleased to announce dates and details of our upcoming

The main conference will run from Sunday evening, October 4 (opening
reception) through a full day on Wednesday, October 7. Pre- and
post-meeting workshops will be available the 2 days before and after the
main conference- details coming soon. The event will be held at Foxwoods
Resort, just outside of Mystic, CT.

We are hard at work on the ACoP website, putting up all of the important
specifics such as the special ACoP link to the hotel site, the abstract
guidelines, the workshop details, and the ACoP preliminary program. We
will send out another email as soon as the site is live.

First, the important dates:
Registration (for both the meeting and workshops) and abstract submission
will both open on May 1 at 11am Eastern time. Exhibitors may also register
at this time.
The deadline for abstract submission deadline will be July 1
Notification of abstract acceptance/rejection will be on August 1.
Registration fees for the conference will be $850 for industry, $600 for
academic/government, and $250 for students and postdocs. This includes
all conference materials, meals, and social activities.

An afternoon off on Tuesday to explore the lovely town of Mystic, golf,
hike, or visit the magnificent Mashantucket Pequot Museum
