Just consider the sublingual admin to be an extravascular dose. ADVAN2
has a depot for extravascular dosing.

Subject: [NMusers] ADVAN 1 or ADVAN 2 for sublingual data

I am trying to run a POPPK analysis on sublingual data for pediatric
patients. NONMEM is very new for me. I am debating whether it is
appropriate to use ADVAN 1 or ADVAN2 for subligual administration.
Neither fit the concept perfectly.
Should the CTL streams be modified in any way?

Thanks in advance.
