forrtl: error (73): floating divide by zero

Dear Nonmem users,

I have been running a POPPK model with sparse sampling. This drug is
given intravenously and the half life is about 15 mins.
NONMEM VI run gives the following error:

forrtl: error (73): floating divide by zero
