Hi Naren,
PsN ( provides an interface to Sun grid engine. I've
not used it personally, but I do use it with Torque, and generally, it's
just a normal installation of NONMEM onto shared disk space and running
in a shared disk space. There are no specific tricks when using with
Torque, and I would assume that similar is true when running with SGE.

Subject: [NMusers] Install NONMEM on Linux cluster

Hi All,
Could anyone please share the experience of installing NONMEM on a Linux
cluster with a grid engine? Information about building g77/gfortran
(with associated flags) and additional libraries needed to make Fortran
compilers and NONMEM work with grid engine would be highly useful.
Best Regards,
