Dear all,
We have an open postdoctoral position for a modeling scientist. The =
mission is to develop new predictive models for low-grade glioma, a =
brain tumor characterized by a slow evolution and prolonged response to =
chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Based on a previously developed model =
(Ribba et al. Clinical Cancer Reserch 2012), the objectives of the =
project are:
- to evaluate the relevance of using tumor volume information versus =
mean diameter
- to couple the dynamical model of tumor size to overall survival

The work will be performed in collaboration with the department of =
neurological surgery at the University of California San Francisco =
(UCSF) and is in the framework of the DDMoRe project (

The position is located in Grenoble, France at INRIA =
( for a duration of 18 months. INRIA is dedicated =
to fundamental and applied research in information and communication =
science and technology. By playing a leading role in the scientific =
community in the field and being in close contact with industry, INRIA =
is a major participant in the development of ICST in France.

Do not hesitate to contact me for further information and details.

Kind regards,
