Dear Amir,

I believe this occurs when you have multiple values with the same
(commented) label.

Eg

$Theta
...
(0, 10) ; [P] cov_cl
(0, 1.2) ; [P] cov_cl
...

In your case specifically you may have two with the label "[P]_" therefore
just adding an additional character to either of those should resolve the
issue.
