Principal Scientist role in MA

I am in need of a Principal Scientist in pharmacometrics with a client in M=

Primary focus is developing modeling and simulation strategy for clinical p=
rograms. This includes :

  * Analysis and reporting of population pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic,=
 exposure-response, and disease progression models.
  * Apply simulation methods to support dose selection, trial design, and=
 Go/No-Go decisions.
  * Effectively partner with clinical, biostatistics, DMPK, health econon=
omics, and regulatory departments.
  * Participate in the preparation of reports/abstracts/manuscripts for p=
ublications and regulatory documents.

Education and Experience: Pharm D, or Ph.D. degree in pharmaceutics, pharma=
cokinetics, pharmacometrics, biostatistics, engineering disciples, and rela=
ted quantitative fields. At least 5 years of post-doctoral experience in a=
cademia, pharmaceutical industry or regulatory agency, representing applic=
ation of pharmacometrics in drug development, and hands-on modeling experi=

Required skills:

     * Strong proficiency in R programming, and in non-linear mixed effec=
ts modeling software like NONMEM, Monolix, Phoenix, or similar.
     * Good understanding of pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic principles a=
nd drug development
     * Experience with programming clinical data sets.
     * Strong written and oral communication skills and interpersonal ski=
