Randstad is seeking for Merck Serono one creative, motivated Pharmacometric=
ian to join Merck Institute for Pharmacometrics in Lausanne at EPFL for a o=
ne-year fixed term contract starting next July 2018, under supervision of P=
ascal Girard.

Your role:
The Pharmacometrician will support model informed drug development within M=
erck Quantitative Pharmacology department. She/He will plan, design, execut=
e or outsource, present, report PK/PD M&S-analysis within allocated project=
s in close collaboration with the clinical team. Since the position is a re=
placement for a one-year fixed term contract, it is expected that the candi=
date would already have accumulated some experience. The position is locate=
d either in Lausanne, Switzerland, or Frankfurt area, Germany.

Who you are:
* PhD in pharmacometry, quantitative pharmacology; MD or PharmD in Clinical=
 Pharma Sc. + pharmacometry.
* 4+ years of experience in population PK/PD M&S in academia, with at least=
 1 year in pharmaceutical industry.
* Expertise in NONMEM and R libraries (nlmixr, PFIM, ggplot, shinny, Rmarkd=
own, etc).
* Experience in designing, interpreting reporting population PK/PD models.
* Experience with Monolix, DDMORE, PsN, Pirana, Xpose, WinBUGS, Stan ... wo=
uld be an asset.
* Team player in a matrix organization, fluent in written and oral English.
